Pasture Raised, heritage pork raised on our organic pastures and processed at a local, family owned processing facility. Approximately 80% lean, with no fillers or additives. Does not contain organ meats. Packaged in 1 lb. chubs and frozen.

• No antibiotics, vaccines or growth hormones
• Raised locally on rotated organic pastures
• Moved to fresh pasture weekly during growing season
• Fed certified organic, locally produced feed
• During winter fed organic feed, organic grass hay or stockpiled forages
• Humanely processed at local, family-owned, USDA inspected facilities
