25 lb Pasture Raised Pork Sampler - No Nitrate

This pasture raised pork bundle comes with variety of most popular cuts. The sampler pack will include: 

• 3 - 5 lbs. of smoked no nitrate ham (slices and/or quarters)
• ~ 2 lbs. of bone in and/or boneless pork chops (3/4" thick-cut; 1 per pack)
• ~ 6 lbs. of shoulder roast and/or picnic roast - traditionally cut w/bone and outside fat
• 2 lbs. of uncured bacon (2 packages of 1# thick-cut no-nitrate bacon)
• 4-5 lbs. of ground pork, sausage, brats, or kielbasa based on inventory at hand - we could include: ground pork (1# bulk pack 80/20); fresh bratwurst (4 per pack); mild italian sausage (1# bulk pack); chorizo (1# bulk pack); farmers hot breakfast sausage (1# bulk pack); fresh kielbasa links (4 per pack) or maple, ginger, sage breakfast sausage links
• 3# of easy to cook cuts on hand (country style ribs, spare ribs, cutlets, pork stew or other)

FARMING PRACTICES: Our purebred Berkshire, Hempshire and Duroc piglets are born on pasture (no farrowing crates!), and not weaned until 2 months of age (factory farms wean as early as 15 days). The are never fed or administered antibiotics or growth hormones unless there is a life threatening condition which cannot be treated homeopathically.  We promote vitality and prevent internal parasites by giving them raw apple cider vinegar in their water. 

Once the piglets are weaned from their mother's milk they are fed free choice certified organic, non-GMO feed ration in addition to what they can forage from the pastures and wooded areas.  They are moved to fresh pasture weekly during the growing season.
