25 lb Grass Fed Beef Slow Cook Sampler

This sampler offers a variety of 100% grass fed beef perfect for slow cooked meals.  Your box will include 25 lb. combination of:
 - chuck roasts, rump roasts, sirloin tip roasts (approx. 3 lbs each) 
- brisket (half cut either point on or flat in 3-5 lbs packages)
- meaty soup bones, short ribs and/or stew meat (approx. 2-3 lbs each)
- marrow/knuckle bones (approx. 3-5 lbs each)
- 3-5 lbs of ground beef (in 1 # package)

All beef is dry aged, processed at a local family-owned facility and frozen.

Farming Practices:

• 100% Grass Fed and Grass Finished
• No grains, antibiotics, or growth hormones
• Raised locally on rotated pastures
• Moved to fresh pasture daily during growing season
• During winter fed high quality alfalfa and grass hay or stockpiled forages
• Humanely processed at local, family-owned, USDA inspected facilities
