100% Grass Fed and Grass Finished Ground Beef, raised on our organic pastures and processed at a local, family owned processing facility. Approximately 90% lean, with no fillers or additives. Dry aged for 2 weeks. Does not contain organ meats. Packaged in 1 lb. chubs and frozen.
