100% Grass Fed Beef Quarter - Ready Cut

The perfect way to save time and money with approximately 100 lbs. of beef already cut, wrapped, labeled, and ready for pickup at the farm store. A typical ready-cut beef quarter will include the following:
- 35 lbs. 90% lean ground beef in 1 lb. packages
- 8 lbs. premium steak chopped burger patties (1/3 lb. patties - 3 per pack)
- 4 lbs. Bone-in Rib Steaks (1" thick - 2 per pack)
- 4-5 lbs. T-Bone Steaks (1" thick - 2 per pack)
- 4 lbs. Sirloin and/or Sirloin-Tip Steaks (~ 1" thick - 1 per pack)
- 6 lbs. Round and/or Cube Steaks (~ 1" thick - 1 per pack)
- 2 lbs. Flank or Skirt Steak
- 4 lbs. Meaty Soup Bones
- 5 lbs. Neck/Marrow Soup Bones
- 10-12 lbs. Chuck Roast (about 3 lbs each)
- 10-12 lbs. Sirloin Tip and/or Rump Roasts (about 3 lbs each)
- 3 lbs. Beef Brisket
- 4 lbs. Short Ribs
- 3 lbs. Stew Meat (in 1# packages)
- 2 lbs. Beef Liver
- 2-3 lbs. Beef Heart or Tongue or Kidney
- 2 lbs. of beef suet / fat
- 2 - 32 oz. of beef bone broth (packaged in zipped pouches for easy storage; very gelatinous and concentrated broth made of our own beef marrow/knuckle bones and tendons)
This grass fed beef quarter will require about 4 cubic feet of freezer space to store. Once we receive your order we will setup a convenient time to pickup your order at our farm store.
