Pastured Pork - Half Hog Ready Cut

This half hog package will include at least 70 lbs. of take home meat, including:

• 15-18 pounds of smoked no nitrate ham (slices and roasts)
• 16-18 lbs. of bone in pork chops and loin roast
• 12-16 lbs. of shoulder roast and spare ribs
• 8-10 lbs. of thick-cut no nitrate bacon
• 8-12 lbs. of ground pork, breakfast sausage, italian sausage, kielbasa, and/or artisan brats (choice of sausages at pickup)
• Will also include package of ham hocks, pork organs, pig feet, and backfat if desired.
