40lb Farm Variety Pack

This Large Farm Variety Pack will include assortment of 100% Grass Fed Beef, Pastured Pork and Poultry products. Perfect way to try out some of the best cuts and go to staples.

Your pack will include below items (based on inventory on hand).

GRASS-FED BEEF:

• 1 beef roast (approx. 3-4 lbs)
• 3 lbs half brisket
• 4 lbs of ground beef (in 1# packs)
• approx 2 lbs short ribs
• 1 lb of stew meat (in 1# pack) or meaty soup bones
• 2 lbs of standard steaks (sirloin, sirloin tip, delmonico, denver or ranch)

PASTURED PORK:

• 1 pork roast (approx 3-4 lbs)
• 1 lb of ground pork (in 1# pack)
• 2 lbs of brats/sausages (brats - 4 per pack; sausages in breakfast links of 1# packs)
• 2 lbs bone-in pork chops (2 chops per pack)
• 2-2.5# spare ribs
• 3 lbs of easy to cook cuts on hand (country style ribs, pork stew, ham/shoulder steak, shoulder roast or cutlets)

PASTURED POULTRY:

• 2 (16oz) chicken or turkey bone broths
• whole chicken (4-4.5 lbs)
• 8-pc cut up chicken (4-4.5 lbs)
• 5# variety of chicken and turkey parts based on inventory on hand (legs - 4 per pack, thighs - 2 per pack, ground (in 1# packs), sausage/brats (1# packs), breast (2 per pack), wings and necks(1# packs))
